Jonathan Adler began as a potter and grew into an interior designer and furniture maker with eponymous stores and lines available nationwide.

While he worked the wheel, my role was to bring his signature wit and tone to every customer touchpoint—evocative catalogs and product descriptions that felt like chats with the man himself, training manuals for salespeople, checkout copy worth checking out. I launched a content vertical, JA’s World, that gave fans more ways to interact with the pottery prince and to understand the value of his high-end products.
